What is On-Campus Interviewing?
This service provides UB students and alumni with the opportunity to interview on the UB campus with some of the country's most well known employers, as well as some hidden gems you may never have contacted on your own.

When?
On-Campus Interviewing can occur year round but the majority of opportunities occur during the fall and spring semesters. Begin to check out these opportunities as soon as classes begin each semester, as deadlines to participate begin early.

How can I view these opportunities?
Log in to the BullsEye (to the right of this screen) where you will see employers coming to campus, what positions they seek to fill, and the qualifications they desire (under On-Campus Interviewing Section Step 1).

If I see an opportunity I am interested in being considered for, what do I do?
You will need to submit your word processed or pdf resume into our system (see Submit/Edit Resume Section after you login) and then attach that resume to each opportunity by the deadline date. See On-Campus Interviewing Section for more instructions and help.

What is a Group Information Session?
These sessions are conducted by employers participating in on-campus interviewing as well as those who just wish to reach out to UB students with their opportunities. If you are selected for an on-campus interview, you must attend this session if offered by the employer. You can view all the Group Information Sessions once you login, under the On-Campus Interviewing Section, Step 2.
